How do I place an order?
Pick your piece, choose your size and color, and hit ‘Add to cart’. Head to checkout, enter your delivery details and complete your order.
Which payment methods do you accept?
All payments go through our secure checkout. The payment methods available for your country are shown at checkout. All prices are in US Dollars (USD).
Can I cancel my order?
You can request a cancellation before your order ships. Email info@barbarianwoman.com as soon as possible with your order number. Once your order has shipped, you can start a return after it arrives.
How do I track my order?
You'll get an order confirmation by email. To track your order, log in to your account and select the order you want to follow.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. Checkout is fully encrypted, and your card details are never stored on our systems.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free worldwide on every order.
My order hasn't arrived. What should I do?
Check your tracking link first — parcels can take a few extra days, especially in peak periods. If your order still hasn't arrived or something is missing, email info@barbarianwoman.com with your order number within 14 business days of the expected delivery date. See our Delivery page for details.
RETURNS
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and unused, with original tags attached, in their original packaging — and for bikinis and swimsuits, with the hygiene liner intact. Gift cards can't be returned. Full details on our Returns page.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping is at the customer's expense and isn't refunded. For faulty items, we cover the return shipping.
I received a faulty or damaged item. What now?
Email info@barbarianwoman.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll come back to you with a solution — return, exchange, repair or refund.
When will I get my refund?
Once your return reaches us, we usually review it within 3 business days and let you know the outcome by email. Approved returns are refunded for the item price; shipping costs are refunded only for faulty items.

How do I find my size?
Check the Size Guide. Measure your bust, waist and hips and compare them with the chart. If you're between sizes, sizing up usually gives a better fit.
Where can I find fabric and care information?
Fabric composition is listed on each product page, and every piece carries a care label with washing, drying and ironing instructions.
Where are your products made?
Every Barbarian Woman piece is designed and made in Turkey.
